LMH Optimal Therapy is a pain & rehabilitation Chiropractic and Sports therapy clinic covering the general population, with specialisation in pregnancy, paediatric and athlete care.
We aim to examine the body as a whole and not just the area of pain to ensure that all possible areas of irritation are treated effectively. The goal is to restore range of motion and improve quality to muscle, getting you back to optimal performance.
