We can't quite believe that it's been ONE whole year in our Poole clinic! We're super grateful to have so many great clients who continue to support and recommend us.
Although it's a year in our Poole clinic, LMH Optimal Therapy has been committed to providing exceptional patient care since 2016, in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Personalised treatment is at the core of what we do. We work with patients case-by-case to develop focused rehabilitation plans that are tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals. We are passionate about helping our clients achieve the quality of life and optimal health they deserve. We provide a wide variety of neuromuscular techniques to treat skeletal muscle immobility, restrictions and tension for patients as young as 3 weeks old.

Dr Lauren Hunt DC
Founder of LMH Optimal Therapy
"Being a passionate health and fitness enthusiast I have always considered the process of recovery and looking after our bodies just as important as the training itself."
Lauren qualified as a Chiropractor at the Anglo European Chiropractic College gaining a Masters in Chiropractic over the course of 5 years along with the following qualifications:
- ITEC diploma in Sports massage
- Pregnancy massage
- Optimum nutrition for health and performance
- Woman's health specialisation
- Dry needling
Lauren is well experienced and fully accredited and registered with the GCC and UCA. With working alongside bodybuilders and athletes, Lauren also has a huge passion for working with pregnant woman, children and babies.
In her spare time you’ll find her in the gym, spending time outdoors and being with her friends and family!
Lucie
Centre Manager
Lucie takes care of all queries and appointments, so you can focus on getting back to optimal performance!
Outside of the clinic, you'll find her behind a camera (as a professional photographer!), shopping, spending time outdoors with her cocker spaniel or with family and friends.
Ebony
Sports Therapist
Ebony has a deep understanding of how the body works and the different needs of each patient. Our personalised approach to each session ensures that we tailor the therapy to meet your specific needs.

In Ebony's spare time you will find her at the beach, listening to Billie Eilish or obsessing over her cocker spaniel Leonard!
